Hospitalized confirmed cases in Alberta to date
Below is the total number of hospitalized confirmed cases of pandemic H1N1 influenza in Alberta to date, i.e. since April 2009 to now.- Up to February 5, 2010:

Total number of deaths to date: 71*
- Median age of hospitalized cases = 34 years.
- Median age of deaths = 50 years.
* One death out of country resident. The total number of deaths includes those who die from H1N1 and those who die from other causes and also tested positive for H1N1.
H1N1 Immunizations – Doses Administered
As of January 30, over 1.25 million doses of the H1N1 vaccine have been administered to Albertans.
