Health Technologies and Services Policy Unit
The Health Technologies and Services Policy Unit, in the Clinical Advisory and Research Branch of Alberta Health and Wellness, is responsible for processes, including policy analysis and development, that use scientific, economic, and other evidence in decision-making respecting the public funding of health services.
The Unit is also responsible for building capacity to produce and use evidence in decision-making, including administration of the Decision Process and supporting the Alberta Advisory Committee on Health Technologies.
