Seniors information services offices
Alberta Health has 8 regional Seniors Information Services Offices helping seniors access information on provincial programs and services.
The hours of operation are from 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays). Please call ahead for an appointment to ensure someone will be available to assist you.
If you require assistance and an office is not in your immediate area, call the Alberta Supports Contact Centre at 1-877-644-9992.
Staff from each office also make regular visits to seniors-based organizations in their area to provide information sessions on a variety of topics. Call the office nearest you to learn more about provincial programs or local programs and services in your area, or to arrange an information session.
