Health Quality Council of Alberta

The Health Quality Council of Alberta (HQCA) is an independent organization legislated under the Health Quality Council of Alberta Act. The HQCA’s mandate is to promote and improve health service quality and patient safety on a provincewide basis and to provide Albertans with an independent assessment of the quality, safety and performance of the province’s health system.
